Coconaise is the first and only mayonnaise made with coconut and MCT oils. Coconaise has fresh oil, without the EDTA! Coconaise is REAL mayonnaise, made with (organic) eggs.
All other mayonnaise have at least one of these problems:
1) The synthetic preservative EDTA to prevent oil oxidation (rancidity). EDTA tastes bad and ruins mayonnaise flavor. EDTA is banned by Whole Foods and other natural grocers.
2) Oxidized (rancid) oil, which also ruins mayonnaise flavor. All natural (EDTA-free) mayonnaises made with unsaturated oils are rancid. Oil oxidation occurs when unsaturated oils (like avocado, grapeseed, soybean, or canola) are emulsified with air. Oxidized oils have a fishy, rancid taste and cause inflammation and health problems.
Coconaise is different. Coconaise real mayonnaise has fantastic fresh flavor because the oil (mostly coconut and MCT) is naturally resistant to oxidation. Low oxidation means fresh and healthy mayonnaise, and homemade taste. This is the way mayonnaise is supposed to be!
4 grams MCTs per serving.
